Our smoked, coarse-grain sea salt preserves healthy, flavour enhancing micro-nutrients missing from other, processed salts. Less is more when used on salmon fillets, steaks, and steamed or grilled vegetables. Also provides a delicious accent when added to the boiling water for rice, couscous, or quinoa.
